- Stage 1 development: up to $30,000 · Stage 2 Full: $1,000,000–$2,500,000 over 4–7 years. Note: tri_agency_cv required.

- At least one SSHRC-eligible researcher and one non-academic partner (government, NGO, industry, etc.). Social sciences and humanities focus. Requires Tri-Agency Common CV.

- Stage 1 LOI: partnership rationale (~2,000 words) · Stage 2 Full: research plan + partnership plan + mobilisation strategy + letters of support
